Prior to founding Bolls Law, Scott Bolls brought over three and a half decades of success building businesses and managing a broad range of transactions, bolstered by his extensive international investment, privatization, financial, taxation advisory, and legal expertise. His command of capital structure, financing, asset and nonperforming loan workouts, restructuring, and liability management is central to his role, together with his commitment to advancing the firm’s mission of serving its international individual and corporate clients.

Scott’s international experience spans Southeast Asia, Greater China, the Middle East, and Europe — including work in Dubai, Afghanistan, Iraq, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Laos, Mainland China, including Hong Kong and Taiwan, Germany, Russia, and beyond. He has held senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs / GE Capital, Ocwen Bank, Ernst & Young, and The German Privatization Agency — TLG, and has served as a legal and financial advisor to USAID, UNDP, and other multilateral institutions. He currently serves as Of Counsel to Mar & Associates in S.E. Asia.
